1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Heliadem platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Heliadem is an operational dashboard tool for independent medical practices. Our services include appointment booking, patient logging, financial ledger tracking, and administrative analytics.
3. User Responsibilities & Data
As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Since Heliadem does not currently store plain-text passwords or offer automated password recovery emails, you are solely responsible for saving your password securely.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Heliadem is an administrative tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The doctor/clinic administrator is solely responsible for all patient decisions, medical records, and legal compliance (e.g. medical licensing).
5. Limitation of Liability
Heliadem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
