To provide our service, we collect account details (name, username, email, phone number, and clinic info) and patient records that you voluntarily input into the dashboard. We do not Sell, Rent, or share your patient data with third parties.

All data is stored in secure, production-grade cloud databases using industry-standard encryption protocols during transmission and at rest. Patient data is isolated by clinic tenants to ensure absolute confidentiality.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use secure, functional cookies to maintain your login session and store dashboard preferences. We do not deploy third-party advertising or profiling cookies.

4. Your Rights

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. You can export your patients, appointments, and financial records as CSV files at any time via the Settings dashboard, or request permanent account deletion by contacting support.

5. Healthcare Data Compliance (HIPAA & GDPR)

Heliadem is engineered with strict technical and administrative safeguards designed to support compliance with healthcare regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Patient records, treatment notes, and protected health information (PHI) are logically isolated, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), and subject to strict access audit logs. No PHI is ever shared, rented, or processed for advertising, marketing, or external profiling.
